What we're looking for
- University degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering (with a specialization in safety or environment), or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (3 specialties) is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish and international legislation regarding Occupational Health, Safety, and the Environment.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar positions, managing safety, environment, and/or quality areas.

The role

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing policies and procedures related to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection within the company's operations. We are looking for a proactive professional, with an analytical mindset and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement, capable of identifying risks, developing prevention strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Implement the management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Advise company management on environmental prevention and protection matters in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise legal compliance and compliance with established internal procedures regarding environmental, occupational, and industrial safety.
- Define operational control procedures to manage environmental processes: waste management, discharge, and emissions.
- Prepare ORP documentation and work procedures.
- Participate in the preparation and keep updated the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and the Emergency and Self-Protection Plan, coordinating the activities necessary for their correct implementation.
- Evaluate and control occupational risks in the company, identifying potential hazards and establishing appropriate preventive measures.
- Perform periodic inspections and audits in the workplace.
- Investigate occupational accidents.
- Provide training to internal personnel and coordinate the delivery of information to workers regarding occupational risk prevention and the environment.
- Ensure the coordination of business activities with external contractors.
