Junior Sales Representative (temporary) - Finestrat

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative (temporary) to join our Makro Finestrat team. Are you ready to be part of the best sales force in Spain? Below, we tell you all the details of the role: 

Your mission: you will increase sales and the penetration rate of HORECA customers and ensure maximum profitability for the company, working across the different sales channels.

Your main responsibilities: 

• You will promote Makro's value proposition, offering it to our customers.
• You will identify and attract potential hospitality customers in various areas of operation.
• You will accompany other colleagues on their routes, learning about different types of customers.
• You will develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with your clients, offering personalized, high-quality service.
• You will introduce and implement our commercial strategy, using the available tools and resources.

What are we looking for in you? 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of commercial sales experience.
• Communication skills, customer service, problem-solving and results orientation will be valued, as well as knowledge and skills in the use of office/digital tools.
• Valid and certified driver's license.

Tu misión; incrementarás las ventas y la cuota de penetración de clientes HORECA y garantizarás la máxima rentabilidad para la compañía, trabajando con los diferentes canales de venta.

• Identificarás y captarás clientes potenciales de hostelería en diversas zonas de actuación.
• Acompañarás a otros compañeros en sus rutas, conociendo diferentes tipologías de clientes.
• Desarrollarás y mantendrás relaciones sólidas y duraderas con tus clientes, ofreciendo un servicio personalizado y de calidad.
• Darás a conocer e implementarás nuestra estrategia comercial, sirviéndote de herramientas y recursos disponibles.

¿Qué buscamos en ti? 

• Formación en Bachillerato o similar.
• Experiencia comercial en ventas de al menos 1 año.
• Se valorarán habilidades comunicativas, de atención al cliente, resolución y orientación a los resultados, así como conocimientos y destrezas en el uso de herramientas de ofimática/ digitales.
• Permiso de conducir vigente y homologado.
