Commercial Manager - Alcorcón

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team at Makro Alcorcón. Are you ready to be part of the best sales force in Spain? Below, we tell you all the details of the role: 

Your mission: you will increase sales and the customer penetration rate in HORECA and ensure maximum profitability for the company, working with the different sales channels.

Your main responsibilities: 

• You will analyze, acquire, and advise customers, growing your territory.
• You will plan your commercial activity and develop potential customers, playing a key role in the commercial management of your area.
• You will create plans to increase the average purchase and frequency of customers, ensuring a profitability analysis of customers/routes.
• You will ensure the necessary activities with your customers such as collecting payments, renewing contracts, or promoting catalogs.

At an organizational level: 

• You will report to the Sales Force Manager.
• You will not have a team to manage.

• Education: Secondary school diploma (ESO) or equivalent.
• Commercial experience in sales of at least 3 years.
• Organizational, planning, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills will be valued, as well as knowledge and proficiency in the use of digital tools.
• Valid and certified driver's license.

Tu misión; incrementarás las ventas y la cuota de penetración de clientes HORECA y garantizarás la máxima rentabilidad para la compañía, trabajando con los diferentes canales de venta.

Tus principales funciones: 

• Analizarás, captarás y asesorarás a clientes, haciendo crecer tu zona.
• Planificarás tu actividad comercial y desarrollarás clientes potenciales, teniendo un papel clave en la gestión comercial de tu área.
• Trazarás planes para incrementar la compra media y frecuencia de los clientes, asegurando un análisis de rentabilidad de clientes/rutas.
• Asegurarás las actividades necesarias con tus clientes como el cobro de los mismos, la renovación de contratos o la promoción de catálogos.

A nivel organizativo: 

• Reportarás al Jefe/a de Fuerza de Ventas.
• No tendrás equipo a cargo.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Formación en ESO o similar.
• Experiencia comercial en ventas de al menos 3 años.
• Se valorarán capacidades de organización, planificación, resolución y orientación a resultados, así como conocimiento y destrezas en el uso de herramientas digitales.
• Permiso de conducir vigente y homologado.
