Commercial Support Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to join the Commercial Support team at our head offices in Madrid. Below are all the details of the role:

Your mission; you will be a key piece in connecting strategy with commercial execution. You will work alongside the Sales Force and multiple areas of the organization to ensure that every commercial initiative is successfully implemented, providing solutions, coordination, and business vision to drive results.

Your main responsibilities:

• You will drive initiatives, campaigns, and commercial plans to maximize the results of the Sales Force.
• You will act as a link between commercial teams and corporate areas, ensuring execution aligned with the business.
• You will ensure that the Sales Force has the information, tools, and support needed for their daily activity.
• You will coordinate the monitoring of objectives, incentives, promotions, and commercial results.
• You will identify opportunities for improvement and drive the optimization of processes, tools, and commercial operations.

At an organizational level:

• You will report to the Commercial Operations Manager.
• You will not have a team under your charge.

What are we looking for in you?

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.
• Experience in commercial support, sales coordination, commercial operations, or project management.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be a plus.
• An intermediate level of English (B1 - B2) is desirable.

Tu misión; serás una pieza clave para conectar la estrategia con la ejecución comercial. Trabajarás junto a la Fuerza de Ventas y a múltiples áreas de la organización para garantizar que cada iniciativa comercial se implemente con éxito, aportando soluciones, coordinación y visión de negocio para impulsar los resultados.

Tus principales funciones:

• Impulsarás iniciativas, campañas y planes comerciales para maximizar los resultados de la Fuerza de Ventas.
• Actuarás como nexo entre los equipos comerciales y las áreas corporativas, asegurando una ejecución alineada con el negocio.
• Garantizarás que la Fuerza de Ventas disponga de la información, herramientas y soporte necesarios para su actividad diaria.
• Coordinarás el seguimiento de objetivos, incentivos, promociones y resultados comerciales.
• Identificarás oportunidades de mejora e impulsarás la optimización de procesos, herramientas y operaciones comerciales.

A nivel organizativo:

• Reportarás al/la Responsable de Operaciones Comerciales.
• No tendrás equipo a cargo.

• Experiencia en soporte comercial, coordinación de ventas, operaciones comerciales o gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia trabajando con múltiples interlocutores y equipos transversales será un plus.
• Deseable un nivel de inglés intermedio (B1 - B2).
