Integrated Management Systems Technician

Job description

Role:

Ensure the proper functioning of the Integrated Management Systems (quality, environment, health and safety, compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility) at all levels of the organization, driving continuous improvement.

Specific tasks:

Specific functions:

Maintain and develop the management systems (quality, environment, H&S, CSR and compliance).

Plan, conduct and follow up on internal and external audits.

Coordinate the management of non-conformities and complaints.

Monitor and audit customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement in the organization and launch initiatives.

Advise the businesses on management systems matters.

Identify legal requirements and ensure compliance.

Prevention

Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive actions.

Participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents.

Manage health and safety plans and emergency plans.

Environment

Manage environmental requirements and relations with the administration.

Define and monitor environmental objectives and improvement actions.

Compliance and CSR

Manage and monitor the criminal compliance system.

Drive and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility actions.

Requirements

Technical Engineering and/or Higher Engineering in Electronics.

English proficiency.

Cometido:

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los Sistemas de Gestión Integrados (calidad, medio ambiente, seguridad y salud, compliance y Responsabilidad Social Corporativa) en todos los niveles de la organización, impulsando la mejora continua.

Tareas específicas:

Funciones específicas:

Mantener y desarrollar los sistemas de gestión (calidad, medio ambiente, PRL, RSC y compliance).

Planificar, realizar y hacer seguimiento de auditorías internas y externas.

Coordinar la gestión de no conformidades y reclamaciones.

Realizar el seguimiento y auditoría de la satisfacción del cliente.

Impulsar la mejora continua en la organización y poner en marcha iniciativas.

Asesorar a los negocios en materia de sistemas de gestión.

Identificar los requisitos legales y garantizar su cumplimiento.

Prevención

Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y proponer acciones preventivas.

Participar en la investigación de accidentes e incidentes.

Gestionar los planes de seguridad y salud y los planes de emergencia

Medio ambiente

Gestionar los requisitos medioambientales y la relación con la administración.

Definir y hacer seguimiento de los objetivos y acciones de mejora medioambiental.

Compliance y RSC

Gestionar y hacer seguimiento del sistema de compliance penal.

Impulsar y coordinar las acciones de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa.

Requisitos

Ingeniería Tecnica y/oSuperior Electrónica.

Dominio de Inglés.
