Job description

Your mission will be to provide support and follow-up on the company's ERP usage across all subsidiaries, addressing internal user needs, resolving queries, clarifying doubts, and channeling improvement proposals. The ultimate goal will be to master the business operational process and the ERP, understanding the underlying database, internal system communication, and managing necessary developments and adjustments.

Functions and Responsibilities

Support and User Assistance:

Resolve and clarify queries from internal users about the ERP.

Register, prioritize, and channel improvement proposals related to the system.

Mastery of the Operational Process and ERP:

Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the business's operational functioning.

Understand how business processes are integrated into the ERP.

ERP System Management:

Analyze and understand the ERP database to respond to specific needs.

Oversee how the ERP system communicates between modules and with other platforms.

Developments and Technical Improvements:

Define technical requirements for custom developments with the ERP provider.

Coordinate testing, validations, and implementation of requested developments.

Optimization and Monitoring:

Identify areas for improvement in ERP functionality based on daily usage and feedback.

Conduct stress or performance testing when changes are implemented.

Requirements

Academic Background:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Desirable: Certifications related to databases.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems (RPS).

Experience in analyzing and improving operational processes in companies.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably RPS).

Knowledge of databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server).

Administer, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases.

Foundations of project management and coordination with software providers.

Tu misión será dar soporte y seguimiento en el uso del ERP de la compañía en todas las filiales, atendiendo las necesidades internas de los usuarios, resolviendo dudas, aclaraciones y canalizando propuestas de mejora. El objetivo final será dominar el proceso operativo del negocio y del ERP, comprendiendo la base de datos subyacente, la comunicación interna del sistema y gestionando desarrollos y ajustes necesarios.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Soporte y Atención al Usuario:

Resolver dudas y aclaraciones de usuarios internos sobre el ERP.

Registrar, priorizar y canalizar propuestas de mejora relacionadas con el sistema.

Dominio del Proceso Operativo y ERP:

Adquirir conocimiento integral del funcionamiento operativo del negocio.

Comprender cómo los procesos del negocio están integrados en el ERP.

Gestión del Sistema ERP:

Analizar y entender la base de datos del ERP para responder a necesidades específicas.

Supervisar cómo se comunica el sistema ERP entre módulos y con otras plataformas.

Desarrollos y Mejoras Técnicas:

Definir requerimientos técnicos para desarrollos personalizados con el proveedor del ERP.

Coordinar pruebas, validaciones e implementación de desarrollos solicitados.

Optimización y Monitoreo:

Identificar áreas de mejora en la funcionalidad del ERP con base en el uso diario y retroalimentación.

Realizar pruebas de estrés o de rendimiento cuando se implementen cambios.

Requisitos

Académicos:

Grado en Ingeniería Informática, de Organización o áreas afines.

Deseable: Certificaciones relacionadas con bases de datos.

Experiencia:

Al menos 2 años en soporte a sistemas ERP (RPS)

Experiencia en análisis y mejora de procesos operativos en empresas.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Dominio de sistemas ERP (preferiblemente RPS).

Conocimiento en bases de datos (Microsoft SQL Server preferiblemente).

Administrar, optimizar y mantener bases de datos SQL Server.

Fundamentos en gestión de proyectos y coordinación con proveedores de software.
