Job description

Taking responsibility for achieving project objectives in everything related to pre-assembly, assembly, pneumatic installation, commissioning and electrical installation, together with the electrical installations supervisor/technician.

Regarding the organizational structure:

• New business division within the company. Versatility across the two/three business areas. With different technologies and processes.
• No hierarchy within the assembly team.

Actively participating as a member of the basic team in defining the project solution.

Leading the achievement of the Project objectives in everything related to pre-assembly, assembly, pneumatic installation and electrical installation and commissioning.

Carrying out the assembly and commissioning of the workstations assigned to them, according to the common and specific basic characteristics defined in the General Approach.

Leading the detailed planning of Assembly and Commissioning in coherence with the General Planning and coordinated with the EB (Electrical Installations) supervisor/technician.

Coordinating the mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly.

Closely monitoring compliance with deadlines, costs and other assembly and commissioning objectives, and proposing corrective actions in the event of anticipated non-compliance.

Coordinating the assembly team (internal and subcontracted). Supervising and taking responsibility for the work carried out.

During acceptance at the MA (Manufacturing Assembly) and during final acceptance of the line at the customer's site, being the person responsible for maintaining communication with the customer in their language (English proficiency) and obtaining their approval on the mechanical side. Requirements

We are looking for a person who is eager and enthusiastic about being part of this project and who also meets the following requirements:

Advanced vocational training module in Mechanics, Mechatronics, and/or Electronics.

At least two years of experience in our solutions or similar ones.

Experience in assembly.

Availability to travel

Languages: good command of English and Basque.

Si te apasiona las soluciones mecánicas y el montaje de las máquinas este es tu sitio. En Mondragon Assembly tendrás la posibilidad de unirte al equipo técnico realizando esta serie de funciones:

Responsabilizarse de la consecución de los objetivos del proyecto en todo lo relacionado con el premontaje, montaje, instalación neumática, puesta en punto e instalación eléctrica con el/la responsable de instalaciones eléctricas

Referente a la forma organizacional:

• Nueva división por negocios en la empresa. Polivalencia en los dos/tres negocios. Con diferentes tecnologías y procesos.
• No hay jerarquía dentro del equipo de montadores/as.

Participar activamente como miembro del equipo básico en la definición de la solución del proyecto.

Liderar la consecución de los objetivos del Proyecto en todo lo relacionado con el premontaje, montaje, instalación neumática y eléctrica y la puesta a punto.

Realizar el montaje y p. a p.  de los puestos que le corresponden, según las características básicas comunes y específicas definidas en el Planteamiento General.

Liderar la realización de la Planificación de Detalle del Montaje y Puesta a Punto en coherencia con el Planing General y coordinado con el EB y el/la responsable de Instalaciones Eléctricas.

Coordinar el montaje de la parte mecánica, neumática y eléctrica.

Realizar un seguimiento cercano del cumplimiento de plazos, costes y otros objetivos del montaje y PaP y proponer acciones correctoras en caso de prever un incumplimiento.

Coordinar el equipo de montaje (interno y subcontratado). Supervisar y asumir el trabajo realizado.

En la aceptación en MA y en la aceptación final de la línea en la casa del cliente es la persona responsable de mantener la interlocución con el cliente en su idioma (dominio de inglés) y obtener su visto bueno en la parte mecánica. Debido al proceso de internacionalización cada vez mayor uso del inglés.

Requisitos

Estamos buscando una persona que tenga ganas e ilusión por ser parte de este proyecto y además que reuna los siguientes requisitos:

Modulo superior de Mecánica, Mecatronica,  y/o Electrónica

Al menos dos años de experiencia en nuestras soluciones o similares.

Experiencia en montaje

Disponibilidad para viajar

Idiomas: buen dominio de inglés y euskera.

Entre otras competencias se valorarán personas que busquen desarrollar su carrera en un entorno exigente y de continuo aprendizaje, orientación al cliente y a los resultados.
