IPT Biologicals Operator EO (Egg Origin)

Job Description

We have an opportunity to join as a production operator in the inactivated antigen (egg origin) area. The position will be focused on carrying out production operations and providing support to the area, contributing to the fulfillment of quality, safety, and continuous improvement standards.

You will bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and teamwork to carry out the following functions:

• Perform production operations in inactivated antigen: inoculation, candling, and harvesting.

• Work in 2 shifts and on weekends according to the area's needs.

• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements in the area, identifying, preventing, and avoiding health risks.

• Maintain, as far as possible, the order and cleanliness of the entire work area.

• Manage and complete the required forms in the different processes of the area.

• Operate the machinery associated with the different operations in the area.

• Perform a first review of incidents related to processes and equipment, and provide support to maintenance when necessary.

• Participate in MPS processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

Tenemos una oportunidad para incorporarse como operario/a de producción en el área de antígeno inactivado (origen huevo). La posición estará orientada a realizar operaciones de producción y soporte al área, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y mejora continua.

Aportarás energía, conocimiento, innovación y trabajo en equipo para llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones:

• Realizar operaciones de producción en antígeno inactivado: inoculación, miraje y cosecha.

• Trabajar en 2 turnos y fines de semana según las necesidades del área.

• Cumplir con las Normas de Correcta Fabricación (GMPs).

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de seguridad en el área, identificando, previniendo y evitando riesgos para la salud.

• Mantener, en la medida de lo posible, el orden y la limpieza de toda el área de trabajo.

• Gestionar y cumplimentar los formularios requeridos en los distintos procesos del área.

• Manejar la maquinaria asociada a las distintas operaciones del área.

• Realizar una primera revisión de incidencias asociadas a procesos y equipos, y dar apoyo a mantenimiento cuando sea necesario.

• Participar en procesos de MPS y en iniciativas de mejora continua.
