About the role

The main objective of the role is to ensure that our client's commercial network (sales and after-sales) has the necessary skills and knowledge regarding: financial products and services, taxation, processes, and tools, in order to efficiently and sustainably achieve commercial results and service quality.

Your responsibilities

What you'll do

• You will convey the commercial strategy to the commercial network and promote the products and services defined by the client at any given time.

• You will design, develop, and deliver training on financial products and services in face-to-face, e-learning, and virtual formats.

• You will create teaching guides, manuals, and presentations to facilitate the understanding and practical application of theoretical concepts.

• You must review, adapt, and update courses with the latest market information, as well as adapt material received from the client.

• You will prepare the training calendar in coordination with the client.

• You will plan and manage the logistics of training courses (scheduling sessions and coordinating the necessary resources and spaces).

• You will participate in monitoring field activity, assessing the knowledge of the commercial teams within the network, and identifying new needs.

• You will analyze the results of the training actions delivered and prepare follow-up reports.

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

· You have a valid driver's license and are willing to travel regularly.

· You have experience as a trainer and/or coach.

· You have knowledge of the automotive sector and specific financial sector expertise: total cost of mobility (TCM), credit, renting, and leasing.

· Higher education degree desirable.

· You have a B2+ level of English.

· It is desirable that you have used and/or are familiar with tools for developing and managing training: Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Suite, LMS, interactive mobile apps, digital whiteboards, etc.
