About the role

Job Mission

Manage and coordinate the administrative, financial, and communication operations of commercial programs aimed at the Dealer Network, ensuring the correct creation, monitoring, settlement, and control of marketing campaigns.

Likewise, ensure effective support to dealers, internal teams, and auditors, keeping communication channels, management systems, bulletins, and supporting documentation up to date.

Main responsibilities

Management of communications and Network channels

  • Maintain the Línea Azul schedule and manage calls received from dealers.
  • Handle dealer inquiries, questions, and issues, forwarding calls to the corresponding departments when necessary.
  • Send communications regarding detected issues to NEXTLANE.

Support, issue management, and operational assistance

  • Control and maintain the record of dealer inquiries and issues.
  • Manage reprocesses claimed by the network in VISTA.
  • Prepare issue reports for dealerships, detailing the reasons for non-payment or adjustments made.
  • Continuously analyze the vehicle frames claimed by dealers that are pending payment.
  • Control billing errors and make inquiries to EUROVAC regarding vehicle billing.
  • Analyze exceptional case claims.
  • Follow up on issues with Zone Managers and dealers.

Campaign and commercial program management

  • Create and analyze SYNCRO campaigns, including their creation, approval, and record maintenance.
  • Create and analyze fleet discounts in SYNCRO.
  • Manage the creation of FIN codes in SYNCRO PRO so that fleet discounts can be paid.
  • Manage the operations of the Network's main sales programs:
    • Monthly campaigns for new passenger vehicle sales.
    • Fleet discounts
  • Ensure compliance with the procedures, deadlines, validations, and approvals established in each program.

Coordination of Monthly Sales Incentives
