About the role

The main objective of our future Trainer is to ensure that our client's technical staff has all the information, skills, and knowledge necessary to professionally carry out their duties in vehicle diagnosis and repair. (Due to the nature of the role, this position is performed on-site.)

What you'll do

Your responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training aimed at the workshop network, both in-person, online, and via streaming, ensuring a dynamic and high-impact training experience.
  • Create teaching materials adapted to the needs of participants:
    guides, manuals, practical exercises, presentations, and other resources that facilitate the understanding and application of technical concepts.
  • Review, update, and adapt training content based on the latest market developments and technical information provided by the client, ensuring that training is always up to date.
  • Participate in training sessions, both nationally and internationally, to ensure consistent and up-to-date knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate on the planning and logistics of training activities: scheduling sessions, coordinating resources, managing spaces, and providing operational support for the proper delivery of courses.
  • Design and develop assessment questionnaires (pre- and post-training) to measure participants' progress and level of knowledge acquisition.
  • Analyze training results and satisfaction levels, preparing follow-up reports, identifying areas for improvement, and highlighting best practices that contribute to the excellence of the training program.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Intermediate vocational training in Electromechanics, Higher vocational training in Automotive, Engineering, or related qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, ideally in the technical field.
  • Previous experience as a mechanic, diagnostic technician, technical trainer, or technical assistance representative, with strong expertise in automotive electrics, mechanics, vehicle management, and infotainment or other advanced systems.
  • A passion for teaching and a desire to share knowledge.
  • Desirable experience with training development and management tools: Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Suite, LMS, interactive mobile apps, and digital whiteboards.
