In this context, we offer an Internship in the Connection Requests Unit within the Centralized Operations and Services to Third Parties Directorate.

This internship will allow you to learn about

• A large part of the main activities of a Distribution company; by collaborating in the Centralized Operations and Services to Third Parties Directorate, you will understand the service that Distribution companies must provide, as regulated, to the 8 million customers who consume piped gas in Spain.
• As an intern student, you will learn about the conditions under which these Services are provided, the rights and obligations, as well as the contracting arrangements. You will see and participate first-hand in the transition from a conventional energy sector to a more renewable and sustainable one. You will directly handle customer connection requests to the network, for gas extraction, for renewable gas injection, or any other action on the infrastructure of the largest Distribution company in Spain. 
• You will delve into the simplification and digitalization of activities in order to provide better service to our customers.

Gas Networks Spain - NEDGIA is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gases in Spain for the Naturgy Group. As a distribution company, it develops, operates, and improves the national gas distribution system and implements new connections for renewable gases (biomethane and green hydrogen), being an active agent in the decarbonization and energy transition of the country.

Estas prácticas te permitirán conocer

• Gran parte de las activades principales de una empresa Distribuidora; Colaborando en la Dirección de  Operacioones Centralizadas y Servicios a terceros entenderás el servicio que las Distribuidora deben prestar Regulatoriamente  a los 8 millones de clientes que consumen gas canalizado en España.
• Como estudiante en prácticas aprenderás sobre las condiciones en las que se prestan estos Servicios, los derechos y obligaciones asi como  las modalidades de contratación. Verás y participaràs de primera mano en la transición de un sector energético convencional a un sector más renovable y sostenible. Atenderás en primera persona las solicitudes de conexión de los clientes a la red, para extracción de gas, para inyección de gas renovable o cualquier otra actuación sobre la infraestructura de la mayor Distribuidora en España. 
• Profundizarás en la simplificación y digitalización de las actividades con el fin de dar mejor servicio a nuestros clientes.
