Lead the coordination and optimization of operational communication between key areas to drive the monitoring of Newco messaging, including the correct activation of new registrations and billing, ensuring a clear, efficient, and fully traceable flow of information.

  • Carry out comprehensive follow-up of requests and responses sent to the distribution company, ensuring traceability and compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate the resolution of incidents managed through messaging channels, in collaboration with internal and external teams, ensuring appropriate response times and effective solutions.
  • Unit KPI analytics and reporting to management and the directorate.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in all processes related to messaging, ensuring readiness for audits and consistency in management reports.
  • Maintain fluid and constant communication with technical and operational areas, to ensure the correct application of internal procedures and alignment between teams.
  • Actively collaborate in the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes linked to NewCo messaging and the back office, identifying opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and automation.
  • Actively collaborate in gathering requirements to improve the domain, including AI initiatives.

What we're looking for

Required experience and knowledge

  • Experience in cross-functional project management with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in optimizing backoffice processes.
  • Functional and operational knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of the Amazon Quicksight and Power BI visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of AWS environments (Athena).
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Dashboards), specifically QS and PBI.

  • Knowledge of distribution company processes: registrations, cancellations, changes of ownership, power modifications, meter readings, ATR billing, among others.
  • Knowledge of the energy value chain, including generation, transmission, distribution, and retail.
  • A high level of autonomy, cross-functional coordination skills, and previous experience in incident management will be valued.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various areas in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in technology and databases, such as SQL or PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Experience in managing backoffice portfolios, complex claims, and resolution of critical cases, especially within the energy sector.
