Contracting and Channel Attention Project Management

Degree: University degree in Business, Engineering, or Data Analysis areas

Languages: B2 English level

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects with various stakeholders.
• Experience in backoffice process optimization.
• Functional and operational knowledge of Salesforce.
• Advanced handling of MS Office tools and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Amazon Quicksight and Power BI visualization tools.
• Control of AWS environments (Athena).
• Control of BI tools (Dashboards), specifically QS and PBI

• Knowledge of distributor processes: connections, disconnections, change of ownership, power modifications, readings, ATR billing, among others.
• Knowledge of the energy value chain including generation, transport, distribution, and commercialization.
• We value a high level of autonomy, cross-functional coordination capacity, and previous experience in incident management.
• Ability for effective collaboration with various areas in dynamic environments and with multiple stakeholders.
• Control of technology and databases, such as SQL or PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages
• Experience in managing backoffice portfolios, complex claims, and resolution of critical cases, especially within the energy sector.

Leading the coordination and optimization of operational communication between different key areas to drive the monitoring of Newco messaging, including the correct activation of new connections and billing, guaranteeing a clear, efficient, and fully traceable information flow.

• Perform integral monitoring of requests and responses sent to the distributor, guaranteeing traceability and compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate the resolution of incidents managed through messaging channels, in collaboration with internal and external teams, ensuring adequate response times and effective solutions.
• Unit KPI analytics and Reporting to management and directors
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all processes related to messaging, ensuring readiness for audits and consistency in management reports.
• Maintain fluid and constant communication with technical and operational areas to ensure the correct application of internal procedures and alignment between teams.
• Collaborate actively in the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes linked to NewCo messaging and backoffice, identifying opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate actively in the gathering of requirements to improve domain expertise, including AI initiatives.
