Training Technician (Madrid)

Your mission is to ensure high-quality, efficient training aligned with the company's needs, optimizing available resources and maximizing the return on investment in people's development.

Your daily challenges will be oriented towards:

  • Comprehensive training management (Spain and International). Planning, coordinating, and executing training actions (in-person and online), including logistics, training centers, subsidy management, brand image, dynamic pages, and the centralization of support processes for the various business units.
  • Budget control and reporting. Monitoring the training budget (expenses and subsidies), identifying deviations, ensuring accurate reporting, and overseeing the procurement process.
  • Measurement of results and quality. Applying the Corporate University measurement model to evaluate training effectiveness, driving Continuous Improvement programs, and proposing actions that guarantee the satisfaction of internal and external customers, as well as the profitability of the investment.
  • Supplier management. Selecting, coordinating, and evaluating content and training service providers (online and in-person), maintaining a certified catalog, advising areas on their interaction with them, and optimizing costs together with the Purchasing unit.
  • Communication and learning platform. Managing communication protocols and the use of the online training platform, adapting each initiative to the most suitable channel to maximize employee engagement and minimize costs.

What you need:

Academic Qualification: University Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or similar.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Previous experience of 2-4 years in Human Resources Management and/or Human Resources consulting.
  • C1 English

Desirable Requirements:

  • Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR Models, policies, and processes, Training, and Knowledge Management.
  • Knowledge of Statistics.
  • Knowledge of Organization.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and learning, communication, and product marketing platforms.
