About the role

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our HR digital transformation team. The selected candidate will participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, evolution, and support projects, collaborating with national and international clients to optimize their people management processes.
You will work closely with functional and technical teams, participating in all project phases, from requirements gathering to go-live and ongoing support.

What you'll do

  • Participate in implementation, evolution, and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Analyze HR business processes to propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Configure and parameterize Employee Central according to client requirements.
  • Manage organizational structures, employee master data, positions, and Foundation Objects.
  • Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Metadata Framework (MDF).

  • Collaborate on integrating Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
  • Participate in creating functional specifications and project documentation.
