Pricing Specialist (Seafreight) Agents

• Management and supervision of the pricing mailbox, ensuring a prompt response to all requests.
• Management of sea freight quotation requests.
• Preparation of competitive quotations for spot, regular, and special sea freight shipments, including FR, OT, DGR, non-stackable, and other special cargo types.
• Follow-up on quotations sent to agents, monitoring their progress and results.
• Collection, analysis, and reporting of feedback on submitted offers.
• Negotiation of rates and conditions with shipping lines and logistics providers, in collaboration with the Procurement department.
• Ensuring the accuracy, competitiveness, and strategic alignment of the rates offered.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pricing department (internal sales or procurement) within a freight forwarder, logistics operator, or shipping company, especially in sea freight.
• Good knowledge of sea freight services and special cargo management.
• Intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
• Intermediate/advanced level of Excel.

We are currently looking to incorporate a Pricing Specialist (Seafreight) at our office located in Torre Auditori (Barcelona).

• Gestión y supervisión del buzón de pricing, asegurando una respuesta ágil a todas las solicitudes.
• Gestión de solicitudes de cotización de transporte marítimo.
• Elaboración de cotizaciones competitivas para envíos marítimos spot, regulares y especiales, incluyendo FR, OT, DGR, non stackable y otros tipos de carga especial.
• Seguimiento de las cotizaciones enviadas a los agentes, controlando su evolución y resultados.
• Recopilación, análisis y reporte del feedback de las ofertas presentadas.
• Negociación de tarifas y condiciones con navieras y proveedores logísticos, en colaboración con el departamento de Procurement.
• Garantizar la precisión, competitividad y alineación estratégica de las tarifas ofrecidas.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un departamento de Pricing (internal sales o procurement) dentro de un transitario, operador logístico o empresa naviera, especialmente en transporte marítimo.
• Buen conocimiento de los servicios de transporte marítimo y de la gestión de cargas especiales.
• Nivel medio de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
• Nivel medio/alto de Excel.
