🛠 Position: Site Manager

At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects. We are looking for a Site Manager to join the structural rehabilitation project of the railway tunnel in Rubí.

This is a highly complex technical operation in an operational railway environment, including structural reinforcements, vault works, drainage improvements and work on railway installations, carried out during night-time windows and scheduled closures.

📋 Your responsibilities

• Direct supervision of on-site works.

• Coordination of workers and subcontractors.

• Control of execution of structural reinforcements, concrete works and drainage.

• Management of night-time work.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in civil works, preferably tunnels or railway.

• Leadership skills on site.

🛠 Posición: Encargado/a de Obra

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos de gran impacto. Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Obra para incorporarse al proyecto de rehabilitación estructural del túnel ferroviario en Rubí.

Se trata de una actuación de alta complejidad técnica en un entorno ferroviario en explotación, que incluye refuerzos estructurales, trabajos en bóveda, mejora de drenaje y actuaciones en instalaciones ferroviarias, ejecutadas en ventanas nocturnas y cortes programados.

📋 Tus responsabilidades

• Supervisión directa de los trabajos en campo.

• Coordinación de operarios y subcontratas.

• Control de ejecución de refuerzos estructurales, hormigonados y drenaje.

• Gestión de trabajos en horario nocturno.

🎯 Requisitos

• Experiencia en obra civil, preferiblemente túneles o ferrocarril.

• Capacidad de liderazgo en campo.
