The role
At Nortempo, we are looking to hire a Stock and Inventory Management Administrative Assistant for an industrial company located in the Iscar area, in a dynamic environment where stock control, inventory organization, and the optimization of logistical processes are key to the smooth running of operations.
What you'll do
· Management, monitoring, and optimization of stock levels
· Supervision of goods receiving and dispatch
· Warehouse entry and exit control
· Ensuring stock reliability and proper product traceability
· Conducting and monitoring periodic inventory counts
· Analysis and resolution of issues related to stock and logistics
· Preparation of reports and control records
· Coordination with other departments to ensure material availability
How you'll work
🕒 Schedule: Full time
· Monday to Thursday: flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM
· Lunch break from 30 minutes to 1 hour (unpaid)
· Flexible end time depending on start time, to complete the full working day
· Friday: continuous working day from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements
Education in Administration, Logistics, Commerce, Warehouse Management, or a related field
Previous experience in inventory control and management
Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and stock management
Availability to start on the indicated dates
Valid driver's license and own vehicle for commuting to the workplace
Analytical skills, organization, and results-oriented mindset
