About the role

From Nortempo Selección we are looking for a Line Manager for the TPE area (Thermoplastic Elastomers), responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper operation of a thermoplastic production line. This person will be in charge of leading the team of operators, guaranteeing product quality, optimizing production, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a key position to ensure process continuity, minimize downtime, and guarantee the line's operational performance.

What you'll do

  • Detect, analyze, and resolve process issues effectively and autonomously.

  • Bring experience in automotive environments, complying with industry standards.

  • Understand and apply the TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers) extrusion process.

  • Propose and implement technical and process improvements focused on quality, productivity, and efficiency.
