About the role

At Nortempo, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager with experience, leadership, and a clear focus on order and organization, for stable incorporation into a growing company.

We are looking for a demanding, methodical, and resourceful person, capable of leading a team and ensuring the proper functioning of the warehouse under standards of operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise a team.

  • Implement the 5S methodology and ensure its daily compliance.

  • Be the main reference for order and cleanliness, fostering this culture throughout the team.

  • Organize the reception, storage, and dispatch of materials.

  • Coordinate loading and unloading with suppliers and carriers.

  • Oversee order preparation (picking), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Control inventory, identifying and correcting stock discrepancies.

  • Monitor subcontractors related to the warehouse area.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure an optimal flow of materials.
