Main responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic inventories of finished product, raw materials, empty glass containers and supplier returns.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions according to the characteristics of the materials and their rotation, taking into account the best-before date.
  • Plan the resources needed for the shift, considering holiday periods, absences and workload, as well as calculating short- and medium-term needs.
  • Execute and supervise the loading, unloading and picking plan.
  • Supervise and coordinate external staff, providing clear instructions on the handling and movement of products.
  • Define delivery plans with suppliers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.

Requirements
