Inspection Technician / Mechanic

We present our requirements as the key tools so that you can perform your work successfully and feel comfortable in the position:

• Technical Training (Vocational Training II / Higher Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or similar area): This will provide you with the basic knowledge in physics and equipment you need to master acoustic emission techniques with agility.

• Valid driver's license and a love for driving: The technical van will be your operational center. You will always be accompanied by your work partner while traveling on routes through the north of the peninsula.

• Availability to travel during the week: You will need availability to stay overnight away from home several days a week depending on the routes you plan.

• Flexible geographic base: We value profiles located preferably between León, Bilbao, Santander, or areas with good connections in Castilla y León, Cantabria, Asturias, or the Basque Country.

• Proactive and Project-Oriented Profile: We do not require previous experience in regulatory inspection. We look for attitude, the desire to learn a high-value specialty in the market, and the commitment to grow with us in the long term.

• Company Van and Expense Coverage: You will have an equipped technical van to carry out your travels in pairs. Additionally, all overnight stays and travel expenses are on us.

• Stability and Career: Permanent contract with incorporation planned for the month of September. You will be part of a real project for the future with clear opportunities for growth toward local or coordination roles.

We have three vacancies to lead on-site acoustic emission testing in gas tanks within a strategic project.

🎯 Your Mission: What impact will you have in your day-to-day?

• You will execute precision technical tests: You will perform acoustic emission tests and controls on gas tanks using the assigned technical van, ensuring that the facilities comply with the highest quality and safety standards.

• You will design your own operations and route: You will self-manage weekly inspection routes together with your partner to efficiently cover the scheduled inspections in the area (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, and Castilla y León).

• You will learn from the best from day one: You will receive continuous initial training from our most veteran profiles, assimilating the working methodology to gain total autonomy in the field.

• You will grow within the project: You will be part of the initial phase of an expanding service. In the future, this project will grow into new areas of operation.

• Wellness Schedule: During your ordinary workdays, our rest philosophy will apply: workday from 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and every Friday, days before holidays, July, and August on an intensive schedule from 8:30 to 15:30. Additionally, December 24th and 31st are guaranteed days off for the entire team.
