About the role

Are you passionate about the technical field, do you enjoy the freedom of the road, and does the idea of managing your own day-to-day with the support of a great team motivate you?

At OCA Global, we guarantee a safer and more sustainable future by auditing and inspecting the standards by which the world moves. We are driven by the ambition to do things with rigor, freshness and speed, becoming the young and dynamic alternative that is revolutionizing the sector.

We have three openings to lead acoustic emission testing on gas tanks in the field as part of a strategic project.

We are looking for people eager to train alongside our veteran team, take responsibility in the field, and build a solid career path within the company.

What you'll do

  • You will perform precision technical tests: You will test and inspect acoustic emissions in gas equipment, using your assigned technical van, ensuring that these facilities meet the highest quality and safety standards.

  • You will design your own work schedule and route: You will manage your weekly inspection routes alongside your work partner to efficiently cover scheduled inspections in your work area (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, and Castilla y León).

  • You will learn from the best from day one: You will receive continuous initial training from our most experienced team member, assimilating the working methodology to gain full independence in the field.

  • You will grow within the project: You will join the initial stage of an expanding service. In the future, this project will expand into new areas of operation.

What you'll get

  • You will belong to a dynamic and horizontal environment: You will be part of a constantly growing company where decisions are made swiftly, the work atmosphere is close-knit, and every person counts.

  • Company van and full expense coverage: You will have a technically equipped van for traveling with your partner. In addition, all overnight accommodation and travel expenses are covered by us.

  • Wellbeing working hours: During normal working days, our well-being policy applies: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) and every Friday, days before public holidays, and July and August, with shorter hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Furthermore, Dec. 24 and 31 are guaranteed days off for the entire team.

  • Stability and Career Growth: Permanent contract with start date scheduled for September. You will be part of a real future project with clear opportunities to grow into local or coordinative roles.
