OCT Technician / Installations (Valencia)

As an OCT and Installations Technician in Valencia, your role will be essential to ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in key building and infrastructure projects in the Valencian Community.

You won't be a mere reviewer of plans and construction sites: you will be the trusted technical figure who adds real value, prevents risks, and ensures that every installation meets the highest standards of technical excellence.

Your missions:

• Carry out technical control of projects and on-site installations, rigorously analyzing technical documentation and on-the-ground execution to ensure regulatory compliance and maximum construction quality.

• Evaluate and supervise the suitability of installations (electrical, fire protection, HVAC, etc.), ensuring that buildings are safe, efficient spaces prepared for the future.

• Issue clear, precise, and constructive technical control reports (OCT), supporting clients and developers in making critical decisions for the stability and safety of their projects.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary engineering and architecture team, sharing knowledge and solutions to swiftly resolve the sector's most complex technical challenges.

What would we like to see in your profile?

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or equivalent qualification: This is the fundamental foundation that will provide you with the theoretical expertise needed to tackle the complexity of building projects.

• Experience in Technical Building Control (OCT) and/or inspection and review of installations: So you can work autonomously, understand construction site dynamics from day one, and bring your own judgment.

• Solid knowledge of the Technical Building Code (CTE) and sector-specific installation regulations: This is your essential toolbox for evaluating projects and identifying deviations quickly and accurately.

• Analytical rigor, attention to detail, and communication skills: Because your work doesn't end with the inspection; your reports and direct client relationships must convey the utmost clarity and professionalism.

• Driver's license: Required to move efficiently between the various construction sites and projects in the Valencia area.

Como Técnico/a de OCT e Instalaciones en Valencia, tu labor será fundamental para garantizar la calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo en proyectos clave de edificación e infraestructuras en la Comunidad Valenciana.

No serás un mero revisor de planos y obras: serás la figura técnica de confianza que aporta valor real, previene riesgos y asegura que cada instalación cumpla con los máximos estándares de excelencia técnica.

Tus misiones:

• Realizar el control técnico de proyectos e instalaciones en obra, analizando con rigor la documentación técnica y la ejecución sobre el terreno para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y la máxima calidad constructiva.

• Evaluar y supervisar la idoneidad de las instalaciones (eléctricas, de protección contra incendios, climatización, etc.), asegurando que los edificios sean espacios seguros, eficientes y preparados para el futuro.

• Emitir informes técnicos de control (OCT) claros, precisos y constructivos, acompañando a los clientes y promotores en la toma de decisiones críticas para la estabilidad y seguridad de sus proyectos.

• Colaborar estrechamente con un equipo multidisciplinar de ingeniería y arquitectura, compartiendo conocimiento y soluciones para resolver de forma ágil los retos técnicos más complejos del sector.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

• Titulación en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Técnica o Grado equivalente: Es la base fundamental que te aportará la solvencia teórica necesaria para afrontar la complejidad de los proyectos de edificación.

• Experiencia en Control Técnico de la Edificación (OCT) y/o inspección y revisión de instalaciones: Para que puedas desenvolverte con autonomía, entender la dinámica de obra desde el primer día y aportar criterio propio.

• Conocimiento sólido del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) y normativa sectorial de instalaciones: Es tu caja de herramientas imprescindible para evaluar proyectos e identificar desvíos con rapidez y precisión.

• Rigor analítico, atención al detalle y capacidad de comunicación: Porque tu trabajo no termina en la inspección; tus informes y tu relación directa con el cliente deben transmitir la máxima claridad y profesionalidad.

• Carné de conducir: Necesario para desplazarte de manera ágil a las distintas obras y proyectos de la zona de Valencia.
