About the role

Are you passionate about ensuring quality and technical safety in complex industrial environments? At OCA Global we don't just carry out inspections; we are driven by a greater purpose: working day after day to make this world a safer and more sustainable place.

As an NDT Technician at our Seville office, you will be the expert eye in the field and a fundamental pillar in ensuring that major infrastructure operates with maximum reliability. If you are looking for a dynamic, international, rapidly growing company project where your technical judgment is truly heard and valued, this is the place for you!

What you'll do

In your day-to-day work in the field and in the office, you will take on stimulating challenges where every day is a different test:

  • Performing advanced NDT techniques (such as visual inspections, penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic testing) to validate materials and welds with the utmost technical precision, ensuring that nothing is left to chance.

  • Drafting and managing technical reports with clarity and analytical rigor to certify the operational excellence of projects, providing total peace of mind to our clients.

  • Resolving incidents in the field promptly and resourcefully to maintain the intense and dynamic pace that defines us, always acting under the strictest safety criteria and sector regulations.

What you'll get

  • A human, young, and horizontal culture: You will join an energetic and motivated team where there are no glass ceilings or heavy bureaucracy. Decision-making is quick, and your relationship with your managers is one of genuine closeness.

  • Continuous training and professional future: We are committed to your development. You will learn alongside excellent industry professionals and will receive ongoing internal training in advanced sector techniques.

  • Real autonomy: We trust your talent. You will have the freedom needed to organize your tasks in the field as long as project objectives are met.

  • Stability and well-being: A permanent, full-time contract guaranteed by the financial strength of a leading consolidated group. Plus, you will have a company vehicle for your work travel.

  • Work-life balance and flexible schedules: While your daily routine will adapt to the technical needs of sites and specific jobs, at OCA Global we are strong advocates of personal balance. You will benefit from a standard schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00, and every Friday of the year with a concentrated workday from 8:30 to 15:30. You will also enjoy a concentrated summer schedule (8:30 to 15:30) every day of July and August, as well as on public holidays. And December 24 and 31 are completely free to enjoy with your loved ones!

  • OCA benefits: Access to a flexible benefits package, local support, and an exclusive catalog of employee discounts.
