We are looking for an Intermediate OSH Technician to become our safety guarantor within the Repsol Petróleo complex in Tarragona. Your mission will not be to fill out paperwork, but to be the key person supervising and safeguarding the integrity of our specialized teams (pressure equipment engineers, non-destructive testing technicians, and operational staff). In your day-to-day at the petrochemical plant, you will assume critical responsibilities where your technical judgment will make the difference:

• Supervise and coordinate field safety for our multidisciplinary teams (NDT Technicians, Pressure Equipment Engineers, and operators), ensuring that all tasks are executed under maximum safety criteria.

• Monitor compliance with OSH regulations specific to the petrochemical sector and the client's demanding standards, anticipating risks and proposing practical real-time solutions so that nothing is left to chance.

• Promote a preventive culture on-site, interacting in a close and decisive manner with engineers and operational staff, achieving a collaborative and aware work environment.
