We are looking to bring in Higher Technicians in Occupational Risk Prevention 👥 with and without experience to lead and supervise technical health and safety support at strategic industrial facilities located in the Campamento / San Roque area (Cadiz). You will be part of an energetic team with a flat structure that enhances agility, where your voice matters and where you will have the full support you need to grow within the prevention culture of the major contractors. ⚡

What you'll do

  • Support and supervise safety in the field: 🦺 You will carry out daily monitoring of safety conditions in the different areas of the project, ensuring that work is performed in line with prevention standards to achieve a safe environment with zero incidents.

  • Foster prevention on a day-to-day basis: 🗣️ You will take part in technical and informational briefings on site with work teams, helping to resolve questions and turning regulations into practical actions that protect the integrity of every specialist.

  • Learn and anticipate risk: 🔍 You will collaborate in investigating incidents and analyze working methods in industrial environments (work at height, lifting operations, confined spaces), contributing ideas and agile measures to avoid risk situations.
