About the role

🚀 Mission:  Manage, develop, and maximize the value of the assigned Distribution Brands portfolio, ensuring its correct strategic position in the market, business profitability, and excellent execution across different channels, in close coordination with Brands, Trade Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.

What you'll do

🎯 Brand and business strategy

  • Define and execute the annual strategic plan for the Distribution Brands, aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities by brand, channel, and customer (retail, hospitality, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Analyze the market, consumption trends, competition, and price positioning.
  • Develop proposals for innovation, reformulation, or portfolio adjustments when necessary.

📈Project management

  • Act as the main point of contact with key agents regarding everything related to distribution brands.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal departments (Trade Marketing, Quality, Purchasing, Legal, Operations).

💻Marketing and activation

  • Adapt the positioning, brand architecture, and key messages of each reference to the Spanish market.
  • Lead point-of-sale activation plans in close coordination with Trade Marketing: promotions, visibility, materials, and campaigns.
  • Oversee the correct execution of the brand across all points of contact.
  • Adapt strategies by channel, customer, or region.

💰Financial management

  • Responsible for the P&L of the assigned brands (sales, margin, marketing and trade investments).
  • Monitor the assigned A&P, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
  • Evaluate Gross and Net Contribution by SKU and channel.

💡Analysis and reporting

  •  Prepare results reports, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.
  • Use market analysis tools (Nielsen/IRI or other panels), internal sales data, and promotional performance…
  • Collect and analyze information from all internal company tools (SGPV, UVE, Tactical, SAP…).

🗣️Internal and external relations

  • Constant collaboration with:
