As a SALES ADVISOR (M/F), your duties will be:

• Managing projects focused on the installation of elevators in existing buildings.

• Analyzing the existing portfolio and the market to identify business opportunities in new construction and building renovation, working in coordination with the team to define acquisition strategies.

• Developing and managing external relationships (developers, builders, architectural firms, property managers, and communities) to attract new clients interested in elevator installation.

• Managing and monitoring all phases of the elevator installation project, from identifying the opportunity and technical specification (when required) to contracting, execution, and collection.

• Conducting project analyses (interpreting blueprints, site visits to construction sites or existing buildings, reviewing technical documentation, assessing installation feasibility, etc.) and preparing customized quotes and budgets, ensuring solutions aligned with safety standards, current regulations, energy efficiency, and quality.

• Project analysis (interpretation of plans, inspection of installations, technical documentation, etc.) and preparation of budgets tailored to each one.

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all project phases: from the initial inspection to commissioning.

• Coordinating with the technical team (technicians or supervisors) to align objectives and maximize client satisfaction.

• Collaboration with subcontractors to achieve the successful completion and execution of quality projects.

• Participating in the branch's regular meetings, as well as any extraordinary ones when required.

To be successful in this role, we need:

EDUCATION: University degree or diploma (preferably in architecture, civil engineering, or public works engineering). Higher-level vocational training (FP) in construction.

EXPERIENCE: preferably at least 3 years in similar positions.

COMPUTER SKILLS: proficiency in MS Office 365.

LANGUAGES: English is a plus.

• A valid B driver's license is essential.

Como ASESOR COMERCIAL (H/M) tus funciones serán:

• Gestión de proyectos enfocados en la instalación de ascensores en edificaciones existentes.

• Analizar la cartera existente y el mercado potencial para identificar oportunidades de negocio en obra nueva y rehabilitación de edificios, trabajando en coordinación con el equipo para definir estrategias de captación.

• Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones externas (promotoras, constructoras, estudios de apertura, administradores de fincas y comunidades) para captar nuevos clientes interesados en la instalación de ascensores.

• Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de todas las fases del proyecto de instalación de ascensores, desde la detección de la oportunidad y prescripción técnica (cuando sea necesaria), hasta la contratación, ejecución y cobro.

• Realizar análisis de proyectos (interpretación de planos, visitas a obra o edificios existentes, revisión de documentación técnica, viabilidad de instalación, etc.) y elaboración de ofertas y presupuestos personalizados, asegurando soluciones alineadas con criterios de seguridad, normativa vigente, eficiencia energética y calidad.

• Análisis de proyectos (interpretación de planos, inspección de instalaciones, documentación técnica, etc.) y elaboración de presupuestos adaptados a cada uno de ellos.

• Seguimiento y cumplimiento de todas las fases del proyecto: desde primera inspección hasta una puesta en marcha.

• Coordinación con el equipo técnico (técnicos o supervisores) para alineación de objetivos y maximización de satisfacción del cliente.

• Colaboración con subcontratistas a fin de lograr la realización y ejecución de proyectos con calidad.

• Participación en las reuniones periódicas de su delegación, así como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia.

Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:

FORMACIÓN: Diplomatura o Licenciatura (preferentemente arquitectura, ingeniería civil, ingeniería de obras públicas). Grado Superior FP (edificación).

EXPERIENCIA: preferentemente de al menos 3 años en posiciones afines.

OFIMÁTICA: dominio Ms Office 365.

IDIOMAS: inglés valorable.

• Imprescindible carnet B en vigor.
