About the role

As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to bring on board a High Voltage Site Manager to take part in the execution of our renewable energy projects, with a focus on facilities linked to photovoltaic plants, BESS storage systems, substations, evacuation lines and grid connection infrastructure.

The selected candidate will act on behalf of the owner, representing Grenergy on site and overseeing the correct execution of work by contractors, EPC contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

What you'll do

You will supervise, on behalf of the owner, the execution of the High Voltage works, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the technical, quality, safety and planning standards defined by Grenergy.
You will coordinate and monitor contractors, EPC contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on site, ensuring the proper progress of the work.
You will ensure compliance with execution deadlines, anticipating technical, operational or planning deviations.
You will supervise the receipt, assembly and installation of High Voltage electrical materials and equipment.
You will monitor work related to substations, evacuation lines, switching stations, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, HV cabling and auxiliary systems.
You will ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention, environmental and on-site safety policies.
You will ensure compliance with the Quality Plan, internal procedures, PPs and applicable technical standards.

At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager or similar role in High Voltage projects.
Experience in the execution or supervision of electrical infrastructure associated with renewable generation projects, preferably photovoltaic and/or BESS.
Experience working on behalf of the owner, in engineering, IPP, renewable developer, EPC or contractor companies on High Voltage electrical projects.
Technical knowledge of substations, evacuation lines, grid interconnection, transformers, protection systems, HV cabling and main electrical equipment.
Experience in supervising subcontractors, monitoring planning, progress control, measurements, certifications and deviation management.
Knowledge of health and safety, environmental, quality regulations and standards applicable to High Voltage electrical works.
Availability to reside at the project location in Spain.
