HSE Coordinator - North Area

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a person to coordinate occupational risk prevention (ORP) for our North Area, based in Barakaldo. Your priority will be to ensure the safety of our employees and collaborators through planning, prevention, and management of technical safety functions.

What will you do with us?

• Management of key parameters and legal safety requirements in the area.
• Conducting internal audits.
• Training and delivery of safety courses.
• Monitoring of preventive plans in the area.
• Document review and control of critical safety points on site for elevator installations and/or assemblies.
• Investigation of workplace accidents.
• Approval of subcontractors and collaborators.

• University master's degree in occupational risk prevention with certification in the specialties of Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology, or Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Previous experience in a similar position. Experience in the construction sector is valued.
• Accustomed to, or capable of, liaising with different stakeholders.
• Intermediate English level valued.
• Availability to travel twice every three months (with one overnight stay).
• Driver's license.

• Máster universitario de PRL con la certificación de las especialidades de Seguridad, Higiene Industrial, y Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada o Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Profesionales.
• Experiencia previa en un puesto similar. Valorable el sector de la construcción.
• Habituado o con capacidad para interlocución con diferentes actores.
• Inglés intermedio valorable.
• Disponibilidad para viajar dos veces cada tres meses (con una noche de pernocta).
• Carnet de conducir.
