Supervisor (M/F) Coruña

As a SUPERVISOR (M/F), your duties will be:

• Supervising and coordinating the technical team in charge (including subcontractors), including timesheets, expense control, incident reports, and activity tracking.
• Providing technical support and advice to the team, clients, and specifiers, whether by phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinating with the Works Manager regarding technical needs and assistance.
• Monitoring units in the portfolio through internal systems (SICO), as well as coordinating and tracking them.
• Managing the personnel under your charge, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and technical training: performance management, annual training, Excellent Service, and 5-10-5 techniques, etc., ensuring the team's performance aligns with the company's needs.
• Taking responsibility for internal communication within the team, including preparing and leading meetings.
• Ensuring the safety of the team and clients by providing safety training, conducting non-standard risk analysis, and carrying out FPA assessments.

To be successful in this role, we need:

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years leading teams.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Intermediate or advanced level of MS Office 365

• A valid B driver's license is essential

TRAINING: Technical training is valued.

LANGUAGES: Knowledge of English or other additional languages will be valued.

Como SUPERVISOR tus funciones serán:

• Supervisar y coordinar al equipo técnico a cargo (incluyendo subcontratistas), incluyendo hojas de tiempo, control de gastos, informes de dificultad, y seguimiento de actividad.
• Atender y asesorar técnicamente a equipo, clientes y prescriptores, tanto telefónico, por email o presencial.
• Coordinar con Dir. Obras para necesidades y ayudas técnicas.
• Controlar unidades en cartera mediante registro en sistemas internos (SICO), así como coordinar y seguir dichas unidades.
• Gestionar personas a su cargo, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas y procesos establecidos por RR.HH. y formación técnica: gestión desempeño, formación anual, Servicio Excelente y técnicas 5-10-5, etc., asegurando la adecuación del desempeño del equipo a las necesidades de la compañía.
• Responsabilizarse de la comunicación interna dentro del equipo, incluyendo la preparación e impartición de reuniones.
• Garantizar la seguridad de equipo y clientes, mediante la impartición de cursos de seguridad, el análisis de riesgos no estandarizados y realización de evaluación de FPAs.

Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:

EXPERIENCIA: Al,emos 2 años liderando equipos.

OFIMÁTICA: nivel medio o alto de Ms Office 365

• Imprescindible carné B en vigor

FORMACIÓN: Valorable formación técnica.

IDIOMAS: Se valorará conocimiento en inglés u otros idiomas adicionales.
