Sales Assistant 20H | Grupo Pampling | Catharsis Barcelona C/ Boters

What are we looking for?

We want to add to our Catharsis store at C/ Boters 5 - Barcelona, a 20-hour profile with rotating shifts from August 17 to September 19, with experience in customer service and a good level of English. Initial training will take place at one of our centers in central Barcelona.

What will your duties be?

Accompany customers throughout the sales process, advise and inform them about models and sizes, resolve issues, handle cash register payments, etc.

Operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, warehouse.

Keep the store visual always tidy and aligned with brand values.

You will be the visible face of Grupo Pampling, so you will be responsible for conveying our values of a young, creative spirit committed to the environment throughout the sales process.

Properly serve customers, understanding their needs, resolving issues and analyzing user preferences and needs.

Know the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, times and shipping procedures.

Print Guru – Our own screen printing workshop, known internally as El Pulpo for its ability to handle multiple projects with quality, precision and plenty of ink.

Thanks to having our own screen printing, we can control all production in great detail, guaranteeing very high quality in our garments and an excellent experience for our customers.

In addition, we have our own logistics and distribution team, from which we manage both online orders and the full supply of our physical stores. This structure allows us to optimize times, reduce errors and offer an agile and efficient response to the needs of each channel.

We currently have an international team in Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, committed to taking our creative and collaborative philosophy further and further.

¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos incorporar a nuestra tienda Catharsis en C/Boters 5 - Barcelona, un perfil de 20 horas con turnos rotativos desde el 17 de agosto y hasta el 19 de septiembre, con experiencia en atención al cliente y buen nivel de inglés. La formación inicial tendrá lugar en uno de nuestros centros ubicados en el centro de Barcelona.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Acompañar a los clientes en todo el proceso de venta, aconsejar e informar sobre modelos y tallas, resolución de incidencias, cobro en caja, etc.

Apoyo operativo en gestión de inventarios, control de stocks, pedidos, almacén.

Mantener el visual de tienda siempre ordenado y alineado con los valores de marca.

Serás cara visible del Grupo Pampling, por lo que serás responsable de transmitirles nuestros valores de espíritu joven, creativo y comprometido con el medio ambiente en el proceso de venta.

Atender adecuadamente a los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades, resolviendo incidencias y analizando las preferencias y necesidades del usuario.

Conocer el catálogo, la identidad de marca, materiales de las prendas, tallas, tiempos y operativas de envíos.
