🔎 What are we looking for?
We want to add to our store Pampling&Co C/Sierpes - Seville, a profile for 30 hours with rotating shifts, from September 7 to September 27, with experience in customer service and a good level of English.

📌 Main duties

• Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage payments at the register.

• Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse.

• Keep the store visual aligned with brand values.

• Know the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.

Queremos incorporar a nuestra tienda Pampling&Co C/Sierpes - Sevilla, un perfil de 30 horas con turnos rotativos, desde el 7 de septiembre y hasta el 27 deseptiembre, con experiencia en atención al cliente y buen nivel de inglés.

📌 Funciones principales

• Asesorar y acompañar a las personas clientes durante el proceso de compra.

• Atender consultas, resolver incidencias y gestionar cobros en caja.

• Apoyar en la gestión de inventarios, control de stocks, pedidos y almacén.

• Mantener el visual de tienda alineado con los valores de marca.

• Conocer el catálogo, identidad de marca, materiales de las prendas, tallas, tiempos y operativas de envíos.
