Ref 11/26 | Machinery Maintenance Mechanic

We have several openings for the Maintenance area, at our new facility in Puçol (Valencia). If you are interested in the mechanics and maintenance of production line machinery, this could be your opportunity!

Functions:

• Prepare, set up, and verify machinery and equipment in the work area.
• Start up, adjust, and operate machinery according to established procedures.
• Report incidents, times, quantities, and controls in the system.
• Perform format changes and adjustments on machinery.
• Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance on equipment and technical installations.
• Support the team in resolving incidents on the production line.
• Control the use and stock of spare parts and materials.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.

What are we looking for?

Mechanical profiles with experience in handling machinery: filling, labeling, and cartoning machines.

Requirements:

• Technical training in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar (equivalent experience is valued).
• Previous experience in operating and maintaining industrial machinery for at least one year.
• Ability to work in a team, responsibility, and proactivity.
• Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night.

Funciones:

• Preparar, acondicionar y verificar la maquinaria y equipos del área de trabajo.
• Arrancar, ajustar y operar maquinaria según los procedimientos establecidos.
• Reportar incidencias, tiempos, cantidades y controles en el sistema.
• Realizar cambios de formato y ajustes en la maquinaria.
• Efectuar reparaciones y mantenimiento correctivo en equipos e instalaciones técnicas.
• Apoyar al equipo en la resolución de incidencias en línea de producción.
• Controlar el uso y stock de repuestos y materiales.
• Mantener orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo.

¿Qué buscamos?

Perfiles de mecánica con experiencia en el manejo de maquinaria: envasadora, etiquetadora y estuchadora.

Requisitos:

• Formación técnica en Mecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial o similar (valoramos experiencia equivalente).
• Experiencia previa en operación y mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial al menos un año
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, responsabilidad y proactividad.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno rotativo mañana, tarde y noche.
