We are global leaders in renewable energy and power electronics, with a presence in more than 36 countries and a team of more than 3,000 committed people united by a single purpose: transforming energy into progress. Every day we work to design solutions that drive the shift toward a world more responsible with the planet and with future generations.

Your impact

As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:

What you'll do

  • You will focus on ensuring that new solar inverters work correctly before they reach the market.
  • You will learn in depth how each new inverter model developed in R&D works, so you can validate that everything is running as it should before launching real tests.
  • You will work alongside the engineering team during the first tests and commissioning of prototypes, helping to detect any faults before they reach the customer.
  • You will collaborate in preparing and reviewing test plans, making sure that all data is collected properly and that equipment is tested as it should be.
  • You will take part in electrical, electronic, thermal, EMC, IP, and other tests to verify that the inverters meet technical and safety standards.
  • You will document any faults or issues that arise and prepare clear technical reports so the rest of the team can make quick decisions.
  • You will help define and set up versatile, reusable test benches to validate different inverter versions, also considering safety and long-term efficiency.
