What you'll do

Your impact

  • Define, develop, and document testing procedures for the functional, electrical, and safety validation of power electronic equipment and systems.
  • Analyze the results obtained during testing, identifying deviations, root causes, and opportunities for improvement in both product and process.
  • Investigate issues detected during manufacturing, commissioning, or field operation, proposing and leading corrective and preventive actions.
  • Specify and collaborate cross-functionally in the development and implementation, at both hardware and software levels, of automated test benches.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable product regulations and standards, as well as internal quality procedures. Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing test coverage, automation, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Comply with procedures for the proper development of work and the regulations associated with the company's health and safety policy.

We are looking for people with:

  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree and/or University degree, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
  • Previous experience: Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Language: English B2 is valued.
  • Specific knowledge:
    • Knowledge and handling of instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, thermal camera, data acquisition system) is desirable.
    • Knowledge and experience in interpreting electrical schematics.
