About the role

What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial environments. Experience in sectors such as cosmetics, perfumery, food, or similar will be valued.
  • Experience in project management, process improvement, production planning, and/or cross-departmental coordination.
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial processes, traceability, and quality control.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, and 5S methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with automation and design technologies (AutoCAD).
  • Analytical thinking and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills.
