What you'll do

WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?

  • Drafting technical and consulting reports on infrastructure and materials.
  • Drafting and signing preliminary designs, basic designs, and execution projects in the technical architecture field.
  • Acting as Contract Manager for the works or services assigned.
  • Managing construction files.
  • Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement (Law 9/2017) and administrative procedures (Laws 39/2015 and 40/2015).
  • Basic knowledge of urban planning and the use of Geographic Information System management software (QGIS).
  • Drafting and signing rehabilitation projects for facilities and buildings.
  • Reviewing technical documentation and projects related to infrastructure, applying mandatory regulations and the specific regulations of each body affected by the document.
  • Preparing technical documentation for the construction, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of naval infrastructure.
  • Drafting waste management plans and quality control.
  • Carrying out appraisals, expert assessments, and valuations.
  • Technical support for building project management.
  • Construction execution management.
  • Health and Safety coordination.
  • Experience with PRESTO/ARQUÍMEDES.
  • BIM knowledge.

What we're looking for

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum and Mandatory Requirements

  • Degree in Technical Architecture, or a Bachelor's Degree in Building (Professional qualification as a Technical Architect (BOE A-2007-2247). Minimum required: 2 months
  • Experience in Technical Support roles in technical architecture (experience in drafting, reviewing, and signing building, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects, as well as in the technical and administrative management of works and contracts, construction management and execution, health and safety coordination, preparation of technical reports, quality control, energy certifications, appraisals, and file management, etc.). Minimum required: 8 years
  • Specific training in BIM Work Methodology and Modeling for Construction. Minimum required: 100 classroom hours

  • Experience in Technical Support roles in technical architecture (experience in drafting, reviewing, and signing building, rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects, as well as in the technical and administrative management of works and contracts, construction management and execution, health and safety coordination, preparation of technical reports, quality control, energy certifications, appraisals, and file management, etc.). Desirable: 18 years
  • Experience in Execution Projects, carrying out technical architecture work for projects governed by Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. Desirable: 4 projects
  • Training in BIM work methodology and modeling for carrying out construction execution projects. Desirable: 350 hours
