What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Technical review of files: verifying compliance with procedures and achievement of objectives, monitoring project compliance based on Technical Reports and other documents, reviewing completed work under TIC technological criteria, verifying the correct application of budget items to TIC activities, etc.

• Document review and analysis.

• Conducting video conferences (preferably) or, alternatively, on-site visits to verify the achievement of technical objectives.

• Preparing reports and other actions related to the execution of assigned tasks, including issuing Requests for Correction of detected deficiencies, Audit results, Procedural Guides, etc.

• Supporting the SGA in certification and reimbursement tasks for audited files.

Minimum and Mandatory Requirements

Qualification

- Higher qualification/Degree: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other university degrees, provided that adequate knowledge and experience in subjects related to ICT technologies and projects is duly accredited. Minimum required: 2 months

Experience

- Professional experience in technical monitoring and justification procedures (verification, control, and auditing) of ICT projects in public grant programs. Minimum required: 2 years.

- Professional experience with national and European regulations on grants and public aid, as well as public sector procurement. Minimum required: 1 year.

- Professional experience with each of the following tools:

o Advanced office automation tools.

o Reporting tools that allow for the quick generation of reports from real-time data.
