Logistics Administrator Night Shift

Organize activities, develop team skills, ensure a good work environment, and monitor attendance.

• Report incidents and operational failures.
• Resolve anomalies.
• Ensure the proper application of procedures.
• Guarantee the safety of goods and people present in the warehouse.
• Organize docks to facilitate truck loading and unloading.
• Manage and control transport documents for tracking goods
• Carry out all of the above following the orders and instructions given by the Supervisor of

Warehouse.

• Direct contact with other depots to address urgent needs.

-Coordination of the Rangers team

-Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics sector with staff under your supervision

-Follow-up of administrative incidents that may occur during the reception and unloading of goods.

-Proactive communication with the delegation

-Night Shift: 18:00 to 03:00 (Sunday to Thursday)

Organizar la actividad, desarrollar las habilidades del equipo, asegurar un buen clima laboral y control de asistencias.

• Informar de las incidencias y fallos de funcionamiento.
• Resolución de anomalías.
• Asegurar la aplicación adecuada de los procedimientos.
• Garantizar la seguridad de las mercancías y las personas presentes en el almacén.
• Organizar los muelles para facilitar la carga y descarga de camiones.
• Gestionar y controlar los documentos de transporte para el seguimiento de mercancías
• Ejecutar todo lo anterior siguiendo las órdenes e instrucciones dadas por el Supervisor de

Almacén.

• Contacto directo con otros Depots para solventar necesidades urgentes.

-Coordinación del equipo de Rangers

-Minimo 2 años de experiencia en el sector logistico personal a cargo

-Seguimiento de incidencias adminsitrativas que pueda ocurrir en la recepcion y descarga de mercancia.

-Comunicación proactiva con la delegación
