Your mission will be to transform people's lives through personalized hearing solutions, managing the center comprehensively and ensuring excellence in every fitting.

Here you will have the opportunity to work in a highly specialized environment, with state-of-the-art equipment and a 100% clinical audiology-focused approach. If you are looking for stability, a competitive salary, and the autonomy needed to manage your own center, this is your next professional step.

What you'll do

As the person ultimately responsible for the center, you will take on the following duties:

Comprehensive audiological assessment: Performing complete diagnostic tests to determine the patient's hearing profile.

Fitting and programming: Selecting, adjusting, and personalizing hearing devices using advanced software.

Commercial management: Leading the center's sales activity and meeting established business targets.

Guidance and education: Advising patients and their families on the use, care, and maintenance of hearing aids.

Personalized follow-up: Scheduling follow-up appointments to assess device effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments.

Operational management: Managing the schedule, inventory, and activity reports for the center.

Requirements

Official qualification: A degree as a Senior Technician in Hearing Aid Audiology (or equivalent accreditation) is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience performing complete audiological fittings and managing a practice. Previous experience in specialized hearing care centers or high-end environments will be positively valued.

Commercial profile: Results-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets and build patient loyalty.

Benefits and conditions

Salary: B/A level starting from €28,000, adjusted based on your profile and experience.

Incentive Plan: An attractive variable compensation plan based on meeting the center's objectives.

Job Stability: Permanent contract within a long-term vision project.
