We are looking for an Occupational Health Specialist to join one of our centers.

What you'll do

Key job responsibilities

  • Conduct occupational health examinations and provide medical assistance, including performing assessments, writing reports, and providing first aid.
  • Work with the WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) team to analyze risks, propose improvements, and manage sensitive cases.
  • Coordinate with authorities, mutual insurance companies, and external prevention services on matters related to workplace accidents and investigations.
  • Prepare epidemiological reports, improvement plans, and proactive programs to enhance employee health, as well as collect statistical data for management.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish legislation, implement safety and ergonomics training programs, and promote health commitment among management and workers.

How you'll work

A day in the life

We start the day with a meeting with the nursing team to prepare for the day, followed by reviewing emails and messages on Slack and Chime. Then we begin health examinations and attend to any medical consultations that arise. After all, employee health is our top priority. We also work with occupational health and safety technicians to review incidents. We spend time managing and developing crucial projects to optimize individual and collective health.
