Workshop Assistant for Immediate Start

Do you want to get started in the graphic arts sector and learn a trade with a future? We are looking to bring in a Graphic Arts Assistant for Fuenlabrada. We don't expect you to know everything from day one: we will teach you and train you in operating industrial machinery, specifically the die-cutting machine. If you have a desire to learn, a positive attitude, and are looking for a stable environment, this is your opportunity!

• Learning and progressive operation of the die-cutting machine under supervision.
• Preparation, feeding, and removal of material at the workstation.
• Visual quality control of the final product and verification of finishes.
• General support in auxiliary tasks in the graphic production workshop.
• Basic maintenance and cleaning of the work area to ensure safety.

• Availability: Immediate start to begin on Monday, August 10.
• Attitude and commitment: Real willingness to work, punctuality, and responsibility (being a reliable person).
• Experience: No prior experience in the sector is required; we value the ability to learn.
• Residence/Mobility: Residence near the Los Gallegos Industrial Estate or own transportation to reach the morning/afternoon shift is valued.

• Salary: €9.71 gross/hour.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends off).
• Hours: Weekly rotating shifts of morning (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and afternoon (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
• Contract: Immediate start with an initial contract until the end of August and a real possibility of renewal for September.
• Training provided by the company: You will learn the trade from scratch on a specialist machine.

• Aprendizaje y manejo progresivo de la máquina troqueladora bajo supervisión.
• Preparación, alimentación y retirada de material en el puesto de trabajo.
• Control visual de calidad del producto final y verificación de acabados.
• Apoyo general en las tareas auxiliares del taller de producción gráfica.
• Mantenimiento básico y limpieza del área de trabajo para garantizar la seguridad.

• Disponibilidad: Incorporación inmediata para incorporarse el lunes 10 de agosto.
• Actitud y compromiso: Ganas reales de trabajar, puntualidad y responsabilidad (ser persona de fiar).
• Experiencia: No se requiere experiencia previa en el sector; valoramos la capacidad de aprendizaje.
• Residencia/Movilidad: Valorable residencia cercana al Polígono Los Gallegos o medio de transporte propio para llegar al turno de mañana/tarde.

• Salario: 9,71 — bruto/hora.
• Jornada: De lunes a viernes (fines de semana libres).
• Horario: Turnos rotativos semanales de mañana (07:00 a 15:00) y tarde (15:00 a 23:00).
• Contrato: Incorporación inmediata con contrato inicial hasta finales de agosto y posibilidad real de renovación para septiembre.
• Formación a cargo de la empresa: Aprenderás el oficio desde cero en una máquina especialista.
