Signage and Stand Assembly Assistant

As an assistant, you will be part of the production team carrying out tasks such as:

Material handling: Working with iron, wood, and other supports.

Signage: Applying vinyls and graphic finishes.

Workshop support: Auxiliary welding and assembly tasks.

Assembly: Teamwork for erecting structures and stands.

We are looking for a versatile profile to support the fabrication and assembly of structures for events and signage. If you like working with different materials and seeing tangible results from your effort, we want you on the team!

"Handyman" Profile: We are looking for someone skilled in using hand and power tools, accustomed to working with various materials (wood, metal, etc.).

Proactive Attitude: It is essential to be an alert, resourceful person with initiative and the ability to solve everyday practical situations.

Learning Ability: Previous experience in signage or welding is not required; if you have the drive and the right attitude, the company will train you in the trade from scratch.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the team in the workshop and on external installations.

Versatility: Interest in carrying out varied tasks, from handling iron and basic welding to the delicate application of vinyls.

Driving License: Having a vehicle to get to the workplace will be positively valued, although it is not an essential requirement.

Availability: Immediate start for a full-time morning schedule.

Full-Time Morning Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Afternoons off!

Meal Allowances: Meal expenses covered by the company.

Duration: Initial contract through a staffing agency with a real possibility of joining the permanent staff based on performance.

Training: If you have the willingness but lack technical experience, the company will take care of teaching you the trade.

Como ayudante, formarás parte del equipo de producción realizando tareas de:

Manipulación de materiales: Trabajo con hierro, madera y otros soportes.

Rotulación: Aplicación de vinilos y acabados gráficos.

Soporte en taller: Tareas auxiliares de soldadura y ensamblaje.

Montaje: Trabajo en equipo para el levantamiento de estructuras y stands.

Buscamos un perfil polivalente para dar apoyo en la fabricación y montaje de estructuras para eventos y rotulación. Si te gusta trabajar con diferentes materiales y ver resultados tangibles de tu esfuerzo, ¡te queremos en el equipo!

Perfil "Manitas": Buscamos a una persona con destreza en el uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas, habituada a trabajar con materiales diversos (madera, metal, etc.).

Actitud Proactiva: Es imprescindible ser una persona "despierta", con iniciativa y capacidad para resolver situaciones prácticas del día a día.

Capacidad de Aprendizaje: No es obligatoria la experiencia previa en rotulación o soldadura; si tienes ganas y actitud, la empresa te formará desde cero.

Trabajo en Equipo: Capacidad para trabajar de forma coordinada con el resto de compañeros en taller y en montajes externos.

Polivalencia: Interés por realizar tareas variadas, desde la manipulación de hierro y soldadura básica hasta la aplicación delicada de vinilos.

Carnet de conducir B: Se valorará positivamente disponer de vehículo para desplazarse al centro de trabajo, aunque no es un requisito indispensable.

Disponibilidad: Incorporación inmediata para trabajar en horario intensivo de mañanas.

Horario Intensivo: De lunes a viernes, de 07:00 a 15:00h. ¡Tardes libres!

Dietas: Gastos de manutención a cargo de la empresa.

Duración: Contrato inicial por ETT con posibilidad real de incorporación a plantilla según valía.

Formación: Si tienes ganas pero te falta experiencia técnica, la empresa se encarga de enseñarte el oficio.
