What you'll do

As a Structural Calculator in our technical department, your main responsibilities will be:

Comprehensive Structural Calculation: Design and calculate concrete structures for residential and singular buildings using CYPE.

Project Optimization: Apply engineering logic to improve material quantities, reduce self-weight, and optimize foundations through the use of lightweight systems.

Seismic Analysis and Pathology: Calculate and adapt structures in high seismic demand areas and resolve complex technical issues (deflections, punching shear, etc.).

Requirements

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or Architecture (Structural Specialty).

Experience: At least 2–3 years in structural calculation for buildings. Previous experience in technical offices or construction companies will be positively valued.

Software: Proficiency in CYPE. Experience with BIM methodologies will also be valued.

Personal Profile: We are looking for a resourceful person with strong logical reasoning skills, who prefers working towards objectives and efficiency rather than rigid procedures.

Benefits and conditions

Salary Package: Competitive salary range of €30,000 to €40,000 gross per year, adjusted to your experience and skills.

Real Work-Life Balance: Monday to Thursday schedule with Friday afternoons off throughout the year.

Summer Period: Enjoy between 2 and 2.5 weeks of intensive summer schedule between July and September.

Long-Term Project: Permanent contract with a company seeking stability and mutual growth, avoiding high turnover.

What you'll do

Como Calculista del departamento técnico, tus responsabilidades principales serán:

Cálculo Estructural Integral: Diseño y cálculo de estructuras de hormigón para edificación residencial y singular utilizando CYPE.

Optimización de Proyectos: Aplicar la lógica de ingeniería para mejorar cuantías, reducir pesos propios y optimizar cimentaciones mediante el uso de sistemas aligerados.

Análisis de Sismo y Patologías: Cálculo y adaptación de estructuras en zonas de alta exigencia sísmica y resolución de problemas técnicos complejos (flechas, punzonamientos, etc.).

Requirements

Formación: Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura (Especialidad Estructuras).

Experiencia: Al menos 2-3 años en cálculo estructural de edificación. Se valorará positivamente la experiencia previa en oficinas técnicas o constructoras.

Software: Dominio fluido de CYPE. Se valorará formación o experiencia en metodologías BIM.

Perfil Personal: Buscamos a una persona resolutiva, con gran capacidad de razonamiento lógico y que prefiera trabajar por objetivos y eficiencia antes que por presencialismo.
