What you'll do

  • Management of vehicle modifications during the series production phase, from conception to implementation.
  • Validate the product/process feasibility of the design.
  • Analysis of potential impacts/risks of a modification and definition of the validation plan.
  • Piloting and execution of industrial trials to validate product/process modifications, ensuring their feasibility on the production line.
  • Monitoring of vehicles during the industrialization phase.
  • Managing and ensuring technical convergence of chassis parts suppliers during the industrialization phase.
  • Ensuring parts quality according to established standards and proposing optimizations.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience in automotive product design / testing.
  • Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of automotive project planning.
  • Knowledge in New Parts Development (TGA, Doc, RFQ, etc.)
  • Knowledge of design rules.
  • Advanced English level with the ability to participate in and lead meetings in the language.

Desirable:

  • Advanced level of French.
  • Knowledge of tools: SIGNE, LUP, NPDM, OneVal, RGPQP, OneTD, TOP RO, RFQ, RVT.
