The main task will be ensuring the geometric conformity of the vehicle.

· Ensuring the geometric conformity of vehicles manufactured at the plant

· Leading daily geometry meetings with the various departments involved.

· Reporting geometric data and associated action plans (IT support and presentation at follow-up meetings).

· Product/process analysis and decision-making

· Building and monitoring geometry indicators

We are looking for engineers capable of shaping the world, taking on new challenges and exceeding goals. People who think differently to redefine what is possible.

• Graduate in mechanical, electronic, automation engineering or similar, with experience in the automotive field and dimensional quality of automotive parts.
• High level of oral and written English, with French knowledge also desirable for understanding documents.
• Knowledge of the vehicle manufacturing process, as well as its components and FOP/FOS documentation.
• Knowledge of geometry, dimension chains, and 1D and 3D control methods.
• Problem analysis skills.
• Knowledge of office automation tools, Office 365.
• Valuable knowledge in: LUP, iSearch, SAFE, IRIS, GRET, GQU, NewDialogys, Signe, proAPW,...
• Reading part drawings (tolerances, datums...), ISO standards,...
• GEOM knowledge and data analysis (Xper).

La principal tarea a desarrollar será el aseguramiento de la conformidad geométrica del vehículo.

· Garantizar la conformidad geométrica de los vehículos fabricados en la factoría

· Pilotar las reuniones diarias de geometría con los distintos departamentos implicados.

· Reporting de datos geométricos y planes de acción asociados (soporte informático y presentación en reuniones de seguimiento).

· Análisis y toma de decisiones producto/proceso

· Construcción y seguimiento de indicadores seguimiento geometría

Buscamos ingenieros e ingenieras capaces de definir el mundo, encontrar nuevos retos y superar objetivos. Personas que piensen de forma diferente para redefinir lo que es posible.

• Graduado en ingeniería mecánica, electrónica, automática o similar con experiencia en el campo de la automoción y la calidad dimensional de piezas automoción.
• Nivel alto de inglés oral y escrito y deseable también conocimientos de francés para la comprensión de documentos.
• Conocimientos del proceso de fabricación de un vehículo, así como sus componentes y de la documentación FOP/FOS.
• Conocimientos de geometría, cadenas de cotas y medios de control 1D y 3D.
• Capacidad de análisis de problemas.
• Conocimientos de útiles de ofimática office365.
• Valorables conocimientos en: LUP, iSearch, SAFE, IRIS, GRET, GQU, NewDialogys, Signe, proAPW,...
• Interpretación planos pieza (tolerancias, referenciales...), normas ISO,...
