Boilermaker/Boilermaker Team Leader (Workshop and Assembly)

• Organize the daily work of the team, assign tasks, supervise manufacturing times, and resolve operational incidents in the workshop.
• Read and analyze technical drawings of metal structures and industrial installations to guide manufacturing.
• Layout, cutting, machining, forming, bending, and welding of custom metal components.
• Inspect the finish of the manufactured assemblies to ensure they meet the high standards required by the client before shipping.
• Lead the assembly of structures at the client's premises nationwide when required.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment, and maintenance of order and cleanliness in the facilities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial boilermaking, layout, cutting, forming, and welding.
• Ability to coordinate, organize, and motivate the workshop team.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings of metal structures.
• Proactive person, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within the company.

• Location: Mos (Pontevedra).
• Competitive salary according to experience.
• Monday to Friday split shift, with the possibility of adapting to a central shift if you prefer.
• The work is mainly carried out in the Mos workshop. There are occasional assemblies at clients nationwide (maximum from Monday to Friday, returning home on the weekend). If you are not available to travel, it is not a problem; we adapt the position to your profile.

• Organizar el trabajo diario del equipo, asignar tareas, supervisar los tiempos de fabricación y resolver incidencias operativas en el taller.
• Lectura y análisis de planos técnicos de estructuras metálicas e instalaciones industriales para guiar la fabricación.
• Trazado, corte, mecanizado, conformado, curvado y soldadura de componentes metálicos a medida.
• Inspeccionar el acabado de los conjuntos fabricados asegurando que cumplen los altos estándares requeridos por el cliente antes del envío.
• Liderar el montaje de las estructuras en la sede de los clientes a nivel nacional cuando sea requerido.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad laboral, uso de EPIs y mantenimiento del orden y limpieza en las instalaciones.

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en calderería industrial, trazado, corte, conformado y soldadura.
• Capacidad para coordinar, organizar y motivar al equipo de taller.
• Dominio en lectura e interpretación de planos técnicos de estructuras metálicas.
• Persona proactiva, orientada al detalle y con interés en crecer dentro de la empresa.

• Ubicación: Mos (Pontevedra).
• Salario competitivo según experiencia.
• Horario de lunes a viernes en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde, con posibilidad de adaptar a jornada central si lo prefieres.
• El trabajo se desarrolla principalmente en el taller de Mos. Existen montajes ocasionales en clientes a nivel nacional (máximo de lunes a viernes, volviendo a casa el fin de semana). Si no tienes disponibilidad para viajar, no es un inconveniente; adaptamos el puesto a tu perfil.
• Contrato indefinido en un entorno de trabajo consolidado y con oportunidad real de desarrollo como responsable de equipo.
