From Randstad, we are selecting a sheet metal worker for an official workshop.

Structural Bodywork Repair:

Diagnosis of structural damage and correction of deformations using a frame machine (puller), ensuring the restoration of the vehicle's original tolerances.

Advanced dent removal techniques for panels and surfaces.

Replacement and Assembly:

Replacement of glass (windshields, side windows, and rear windows).

Replacement and adjustment of bolted or welded body parts (fenders, doors, hoods, etc.).

Surface Preparation (Pre-Paint):

Application of primer and final preparation of repaired or replaced parts to ensure a premium paint finish.

Experience as a sheet metal worker, performing bodywork tasks.

Use of frame machines, mini-frame machines, L-frames, and pull rods...

Minimum of one year of experience as a Third-Class Sheet Metal Worker.

Full-time position with a continuous morning shift from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Summer hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, from July to September.

Salary commensurate with experience and the candidate's merit.

Reparación Estructural de Carrocería:

Diagnóstico de daños estructurales y corrección de deformaciones mediante el uso de bancada (máquina para estirar la estructura), garantizando el restablecimiento de las tolerancias originales del vehículo.

Técnicas avanzadas de desabollado de paneles y superficies.

Sustitución y Montaje:

Sustitución de lunas (parabrisas, lunetas y ventanillas).

Sustitución y ajuste de piezas de carrocería atornilladas o soldadas (aletas, puertas, capós, etc.).

Preparación de Superficies (Pre-Pintura):

Aplicación de imprimación y preparación final de las piezas reparadas o sustituidas para garantizar un acabado de pintura de calidad premium.

Experiencia como chapista, en tareas de chapa.

Uso de bancada, minibancada, L, varillas...

Mínimo un año de experiencia como oficial de tercera chapista

Jornada completa con horario distribuido de Lunes a Viernes, jornada continua de mañana. 9-17:30

Horario de verano de 7 a 15 de Julio a Septiembre
