Fire protection system maintenance technician

From MARLEX we are collaborating with an important company in the sector, and we are looking for a Fire Protection System Maintenance Technician to join a consolidated company in the sector in the Valladolid area.

You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of fire protection systems at client facilities, ensuring their operability and regulatory compliance.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems (extinguishers, fire hydrants, detection and alarm systems, sprinklers, pressure groups, hydrants, etc.).

• Detect, diagnose, and resolve faults in installations and equipment.

• Prepare intervention reports and incident follow-up.

• Inform the client about the work carried out and the condition of the installations.

• Prepare the tools, materials, and documentation necessary for inspections.

• Carry out installations of detection and water systems.

• Ensure compliance with current fire protection regulations.

• Communicate anomalies to internal technical managers.

• Provide support in basic technical-commercial advisory services.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have vocational training in electricity, electronics, or similar (vocational training or equivalent).

• You have previous experience in fire protection system maintenance.

• You have basic computer skills.

• You are a resourceful, organized, and client-oriented person.

• You have the ability to work autonomously in the field.

• You have a valid driver's license (B).

• You have interest and motivation for the fire protection sector.

• Experience in industrial or multi-service environments is valued.

• Vocational training in electricity, electronics, or similar (valued, not exclusive).

• Contract: Permanent.

• Company vehicle and mobile phone provided.

• Working day: Full-time.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Start date: Immediate.

You will be part of the maintenance team, working autonomously in the field and reporting to the person responsible for the area.

Desde MARLEX estamos colaborando con una importante empresa del sector, y buscamos un Técnico/a de Mantenimiento y PCI para incorporarse a una empresa consolidada del sector en la zona de Valladolid

Serás responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y mantenimiento de los sistemas de protección contra incendios en las instalaciones de los clientes, asegurando su operatividad y cumplimiento normativo.

• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de sistemas PCI (extintores, BIEs, detección y alarma, rociadores, grupos de presión, hidrantes, etc.).

• Detectar, diagnosticar y resolver averías en instalaciones y equipos.

• Elaborar informes de intervención y seguimiento de incidencias.

• Informar al cliente sobre los trabajos realizados y estado de las instalaciones.

• Preparar herramientas, materiales y documentación necesaria para las revisiones.

• Realizar instalaciones de sistemas de detección y agua.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de PCI.

• Comunicación de anomalías a los responsables técnicos internos.

• Apoyo en asesoramiento técnico-comercial básico.

Eres el/la candidato/a ideal si...

• Tienes formación profesional en electricidad, electrónica o similar (FP I o equivalente).

• Cuentas con experiencia previa en mantenimiento de sistemas PCI.

• Tienes conocimientos informáticos a nivel usuario.

• Eres una persona resolutiva, organizada y orientada al cliente.

• Tienes capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en campo.

• Tienes Carnet de conducir en vigor (B).

• Dispones de interés y motivación por el sector de la protección contra incendios.

• Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales o multiservicio.

• Formación profesional en electricidad, electrónica o similar (valorable, no excluyente).

• Contrato: Indefinido.

• Vehículo de empresa y teléfono móvil.

• Jornada: Completa.

• Horario: Lunes a Viernes 7:30h a 15:30h

• Incorporación: Inmediata.

Formarás parte del equipo de mantenimiento, trabajando de forma autónoma en campo y reportando a la persona responsable del área.
